Customer Question

I have a Nordictrack 9600 that -- long story short -- had some of the wires connecting the motor to the VFD-A unit pulled out. I'm looking for a wiring guide or diagram so I can put them back in the right place.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: It isn't going on. It is. The wires are disconnected.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. I just need to know where to plug in the wires.
JA: The equipment expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: no
