Hi, thank you for contacting My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. In such a case, one usually ends up replacing the console on the exercise machine with that problem. In rarer cases, one may find that re-seating all connectors and cables and wires leading to the console can help. The worst of such problems can be so bad that, if the power supply is providing a wrong voltage to the console, then replacing it will result in another console with a defect and/or a black or blank screen. So in this case, I would advise you to get professional repair help on-site. If you need listings for your region that might be contacted, let me know.(If you are competent with a voltmeter, of course, then be sure the 5 Volts from the power supply actually *is* within 4.7 to 5.25 volts, DC.)
