Customer Question

I have a 4 year old x9i and having trouble with it keeping calibration. I have isolated the problem to when the incline "screw" (not sure what to call the rod that raises and lowers the incline) switches from the thicker screw to the smaller screw. Basically the smaller screw will not recess into the thicker screw stopping the machine from declining beyond as a best guess 10 degrees.
Hope this make sense
