Customer Question

Hi I've just purchased a used pro form 790 zlt treadmill and it's stuck in incline mode, the previous owner mentioned it only started this after shifting house and the console section was removed. One thing I've notice apart from the wiring loom there is a thin black wire that is not attached to anything but has enough length to reach the motor but can't see where it has Brocken away from. Any advice would be great.

Hi there,

Please attach a photo of the wire so I may see?

In the meantime you could also try recalibrating the incline system:

With the key in the console, press one of the Incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, re-insert the key. The treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. This will recalibrate the incline system.
