I would think that if the console on the Trainer is not operating properly, then, given that it has just been moved, probably some cable to the console has been pulled loose or jarred loose. I would suggest tracing those connection cables, whether ribbon-cable-type or single-wire-type, and re-seating each connection from there to the rest of the machine.
