Customer Question

I have an older model True Treadmill 450 series. The buttons to make the treadmill speed up and slow down stick and will just keep speeding up and I cannot get it to stop. It does not seem that I can get a new overlay for this treadmill. Is there any other fix?

Hi there,
over time, the overlay will wear out and will eventually need replacing.
You can try rubbing the buttons vigorously whilst the machine is switched off and this may help them recover temporarily, but the overlay will need to be replaced for a long-term fix.
