Hi there and welcome to Just Answer.

I see some time has gone by on your question; do you still need help with this?

Let me know,

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes, I do, however, I can't access the machine until after 5:30 pm CST

OK, when you get there, unplug it for 5-10 minutes. Plug it back in and let me know if anything changes. If not I will need the part number off of the board as well, this is usually in one of the corners.

After unplugging for 10 minutes and starting again we now see an error code 1

Have you moved or disconnected any plugs on the board?

How old is the unit?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

It's 6 years old

We have unplugged & re-plugged all connections on the board.

Also have switched the left and right stride motor positions on the board and moved back. We were getting error 8 constently at that point. Also had an error 3 . This adventure began with an error 11!

ok, I believe your main control board is the problem here. I cannot say which component on it has failed or that it is your only problem however. If this is the only problem, this repair is only going to run you 150 dollars or so.

Call Octane here........

They will set you up with the nearest service center to your location.

The machine is still worth 1500 dollars or more, so this is definitely worth fixing.

Take care, and let me know how it turns out.
