VerifiedDoes it feel like it is slipping?
Ok it sounds like one of two possibilities.
1. The front roller pulley has come loose and is turning freely from time to time - solution would be to replace the roller. You can check this by using nail polish or paint to make a line across the pulley and onto the metal, then use it and see is the line separates.
2. There is a friction issue causing too much amperage draw from the motor. You can check this by measuring the amperage through the red motor wire using an amp meter (clamp on style preferably). Someone has to be using the machine at about 3mph at the time of the test. If you find an elevated amperage draw the solution would be to lubricate the deck first, if the amperage stays elevated replace the deck and motor control board.
