VerifiedGet the 3 n 1 oil off immediately! That can ruin the deck and belt (with the materials that the deck and belt are made from it actually will increase friction more rapidly). You can't use anything but silicone on these decks.
Your other issue can be addressed by doing the following:
You will need to check the speed sensor for proper alignment, cleanliness and function. it should be located near the front roller or mounted on the motor. It should be within a credit cards width of the magnet or 3 credit cards width of the toothed wheel. You can test these manually by turning the wlak belt by hand and look to see if there is a blinking LED light on the motor control board. If there is the sensor is working and if there isn't the sensor needs replaced.

I have a NordicTrack T 6.5S treadmill Model NTL 17915.3 and
I have a NordicTrack T 6.5S treadmill Model NTL 17915.3 and the walking belt stops after 10 seconds of run time and machine has to be unplugged fro 5 minutes to get the walking belt motor to start again for another 5 seconds.
