W33131190. We are having a couple...

I have a C2500 Treadmill; Model No. NTL09007.0; Serial No. W33131190.
We are having a couple of issues with it.
1. Many times we try to use it but it won't start. We put the key on but nothing happens when we press the start button (or any other button, for that matter). All that happens is it beeps three times. It is now more often than not it doesn't work.
2. When it does work, we will be on it for 20 minutes or so and it won't shut off, it won't slow down...we have to pull the key to shut it off.

Any ideas?

Verified

You are having 2 separate issues.
First is the console button overlay is bad which would require replacing the console.
second is the deck is wore and is causing the motor controller to cut out while in use. To fix this issue the deck and controller would need to be replaced.

I would say these repairs would far exceed the value of the treadmill.
