VerifiedThe motor bearings sound like they are going bad. Your intermittant console problem is within the console itself. You would have to replace the console in order to fix the issue. I am not sure it would be worth the money to repair it.
You could if you can find someone willing to do it. I would guess it is expensive though. I don't know anyone who does it.

I have a NordicTrack T 6.5S treadmill Model NTL 17915.3 and the walking belt stops after 10 seconds of run time and machine has to be unplugged fro 5 minutes to get the walking belt motor to start again for another 5 seconds.
