Verifiedhuvster : Take a cordless drill battery that is charged and take the leads from the motor and touch to the battery. If the motor turns slow its ok. If not replace the motor. If it turns replace the controller.if parts are avail. Try fitnessrepairparts.com or treadmill doctor.com

Thanks for your suggestions / guidance. I tested not only the motor, but also all the other components like the Incline Motor, Choke, Overload switch, Micro Switch, Reset Switch, Speed Control potentiometer, etc etc. I could not get any voltage out to the Controller output terminals. Found a broken resistor connection on the Control Board that was easily repaired with a soldering iron. Finally, while messing with the underside of the Console, I found the connection between the wire and the terminal on the Micro Switch was bad (on and off time to time). We seldom use the MicroSwitch feature, so I just stripped and joined the two wires to it with a Wire Nut, a little electrical tape.....and now the Treadmill works just fine!! So my total material cost was just the cost of the WireNut - say 4 cents!
