VerifiedDepending on your version there is a small needle bearing gear where the belt rides or there is a gear built into the crank either way it is stripped and will steadily get worse. You will need to remove the covers and crank arms to expose the gear. To do this you will need a bicycle crank puller tool. You can purchase one from your local bicycle shop. Open the covers and see which version you have and contact iconservice.com or fitnessrepairparts.com to see if they have the part you need.
