VerifiedFirst make sure all the bolts are tight on the machine (especially where the handles attach to the frame under the plastic cover) and the pedal nuts are properly seated in their hexagon cut-outs or they will not tighten and will give a knocking sound. Then if they are ok contact iconservice.com and use the "contact us" link. They have a fix for this issue. It is a couple of washers that they will send you and you will place under the eddy mech corners to straighten it out. Sometimes the belt will even come off because these are not in place. You can refer to service flash MM6-69 when you contact them.
