pedals slip while pedaling. i tightened the drive belt with no improvment. it appears that the eddy mechanism isn't working. the sprocket that drives the axel just spins on the axel. what parts do i need to replace? this is on a nordictrack commercial 400 model no. ntex14807.0 serial no. v44g14884
You need to replace part #35. I do not know if just it is available or not you will need to go to the link below to contact the factory to see. Otherwise you would need to replace the whole eddy mech assy #34. If only the eddy mech is available, you may want to contact someone who sells fitness parts on ebay to see if maybe they have one.
