VerifiedLet's try a few things to see what is going on.
- Press the start button
- Is the yellow speed lamp on the motor control board lit?
- if yes, disconnect the speed sensor from the controller then see if the yellow lamp is still lit. if it is replace the sensor. if it isn't replace the motor control board.
- if the yellow lamp from step 2 is not lit, is the sensor aligned squarely and within a credit card's thickness from the flywheel?
- if yes, check the speed sensor wires if they are ok replace the sensor
- if no, realign sensor.
