The Model 1894 was Winchesters first rifle built for smokeless powder and their most popular. There have been over 7,000,000 made to date. Your rifle was made in 1913. There are several versions of the Model 94 and the version you have will affect the value.
The Rifle has a 24" or 26" barrel. It can be round, octagon or half round-half octagon with a 1/2, 2/3 or full length magazine tube. It has a plain straight grip walnut stock.
The Fancy Sporting or Deluxe Rifle is the same as the Sporting Model except it has a checkered stock and forend.
The Extra Lightweight Rifle has a 22" or 26" barrel with a 1/2 magazine tube, plain straight grip stock and shotgun style buttplate.
The Carbine has a 20" barrel and the Trappers Carbine has a 14", 15", 16" or 18" barrel.
Values for the Rifle are:
Values for a rifle in 80% condition is $2350, 90% is 2950 and 95% is $3675.
The % is based on the amount of original finish and the mechanical condition. A Carbine is worth approximately $500 less. A Deluxe Rifle is worth much more, in most cases 4 times the value of the standard rifle. 80% is valued at $9500, 90% is $11,000 and 95% is $12,500
I hope this helps you,
