I've had a Burris Fastfire 2 reflex dot on my hand gun eight

Customer Question

I've had a Burris Fastfire 2 reflex dot on my hand gun for about eight months. No problems until recently, in low lighting conditions I still see the dot but in bright lighting it isn't there.
Any ideas as to anything I can do to improve the problem?

That sounds like a weak battery - have you tried replacing it? Unfortunately, you have take the sight off to replace the batteries...

If not the batteries, did you try setting in the highest brightness mode manually? Could be something wrong with the brightness sensor in the automatic mode.
