Do I need to charge the recruitment agencies sales tax?
Services are NOT subject to sales tax in TX. Do not include sales tax in your invoice.
2nd question:
If my clients hire my LLC directly (direct c2c) then do I need to charge these clients sales tax?
Regardless how services are provided - directly or via the the recruitment agency - services are NOT subject to sales tax.
3rd questions:
If a direct C2C client wants my LLC to design and build a website, do I need to charge sales tax? Does it matter if I use a website template instead of completely from scratch?
