Should i contact the bank that aproved my loan?

I suspect that this deal won't happen. Prepare to go to another dealer. There could be a number of reasons, but the key is your deal is not going to happen.

The car wouldn't pass inspection, was sold to another, you couldn't get financed. You can use a credit score app to check if a loan was approved, but the best thing to do is go to another dealer.
