Dear Friend,

Hello and welcome. Thank you for providing an opportunity to assist you.

Let us first address the issue of "how much" home insurance coverage do you need. The quantum of coverage that you need depends on lot of factors, such as the structure, your personal belongings inside it, the cost of living expenses elsewhere, replacement costs, etc. A careful analysis is required while arriving at a quantum of coverage that you need.

The following link gives you a very detailed insight into this. The same is for your general information and reference.

To see if you are paying proper rates or higher and need a change, you will need to compare your rates again. The following two are very useful resource in comparing current rates to what you pay. I request you to spend some time on the below given two links.

The reason I am asking you to compare is -- since you know what you are paying, and if you compare it with what the best rates are being offered today, you will come to know if you are paying more.

I am sure this would help. I wish you good luck.

You may please leave a positive rating if this helps as this is the only way we are compensated for assisting you. Alternatively, you may revert back with a reply if you need further assistance or if I have missed out on any aspect of your question.

Warm Regards
