I have contracts for $50,000 of which $7000 is the variable

Customer Question

I have contracts for $50,000 of which $7000 is the variable cost of supplies. The rest is nonavoidable fixed cost. Current charge is $20 per test. I want to lower price by 20% to increase volume of 10,000 tests by 15%. I expect variable cost of test to go up by 4%. What is my current and predicted revenues, variable costs, total contributions, and product margin? Is this wise to do??

I am still awaiting an answer to my question.  Can someone please advise me as I need an answer this morning and it has been over 24 hours.
