There are some qualitative factors that analysts should consider while evaluating a company's future financial performance.


Such Qualitative Factors that one needs to consider include analyzing the extent to which the Company's revenues depend upon on key customer or one key product. One also need to see the extent on which the Company relies on its one or two customer for majority of its revenues. One also needs to analyze the percentage of the company's business generated overseas and its contribution, percentage wise to total revenue, the present competition and current legal and regulatory framework.
