Emerson Electric common stock selling for $36.75, with a par value of $5. The stock recently paid a $1.32 dividend and the firm's earnings per share has increased from $1.49 to $3.06 in the past five years. The firm expects to grow at the same rate for the forseeable.

I need to know how to Calculate the value of this investment based on the required rate of 15%, can you show me the proper formulate and how to process for the correct answer.

I am trying to understand Weighted Average Cost of Capital. I do understand some of the formlas, but I guess I am lost as to the placement of everything. Especially when it comes to percentages. I have calculated the after-tax debt. I hope I got that right. I did post a new question, but you were not available and I have not heard from anyone. I requested you just as you told me. I liked you breakdown of the problem from the last question, and I understood more, which is why I asked for you. I have to post my problem tonight before 11:00 which is why I sent it earlier.
