Resolved Question:

I have a company which is an s-corp. I wish to create another company (very small entity)
operating as a dba from the s-corp. Do need to have separate bookkeeping systems and bank accounts and sales tax accounts etc. I will basically be transferring all funds from the dba to the s-corp
