Good morning (Footprints...) There are several options to accomplish this. To narrow these down could you provide a little more information. specifically - Will this investor be a working partner? Is your business a corporate entity and if yes what type? Is the investment to be paid back with interest or intended to share in profits and not be paid back? What type of business is this?
