Good morning. Your question is whether she can do anything legal to you and the answer is yes. She can file a motion with the court to hold you in contempt of court for violating the msa agreement.
I understand she is not following either but that does not stop the fact that she can file a motion either.
Will the court do anything? That's anyone's guess.
And if it is written out that she has your son for this weekend, she can call the cops and they can go with her to pick up your son. Again, will they do that? Anyone one's guess. But that could happen.
