Yes, you can take the vehicle as even though your name is ***** ***** the title, you have 50% ownership through marriage.
Your husband generally does NOT have to continue to pay for your health insurance. If you work out an agreement for this, it's fine. Sometimes, the provider will NOT remove a married person unless there is a divorce decree though. This is pretty common.
