I submitted a Verified Motion of contempt of the initial orders in a divorice proceeding. Petitioner cancelled some health insurance. The motion was filed after final orders were entered. Judge ruled that initial orders were not in effect after final orders were entered. The final orders did not address all issues in the divorice and the Colorado court of appeals ruled that the entered final orders were not appealable until all issues resolved. the initial final orders were issued 4/23/2015. The court of appeals decision came on 10/4/2015 and the trial judge made the final entry on 10/8/2015. Can I go back and file another Verified motion … read more
