This is about family law. Since birth, my 5 year old lived
Since birth, my 5 year old lived with me for 2.5 years and then with her father for the same amount of time. She recently came to permanently live with me in February 2021 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she attends daycare and will attend kindergarten in the fall and going forward. Since she lived with her father last year, he claimed her on his 2020 taxes. Now, the approval of a third stimulus came after he filed, but he agreed to give me half of what is given to our daughter. Most people have received their stimulus and now, every time I ask him, he tells me he haven't received it although I believe he is not telling the truth. He will now get all the benefits of having our child without our child actually living with him. We have no custody or child support agreement through the courts.
