When we visited the Broward county court web site, the first set of forms were listed. But then we bought an additional packet from a FLdivorce forms web site (second set of forms below) and it appears that the forms they have are a little different. Which one would you recommend - the first set or the 2nd set? For #2 on that form, which box would we check SINCE in a simplified divorce financial affidavits are not needed?I have done many Uncontested divorces with no children or property for friends and for that form we always check the box "financial affidavits" (for #2 on this form).But if we leave no box checked isnt that going to be a problem?LegalGems Family LawyerRecall the first set listed above is specifically from the Broward county court web site. My question was which set of forms (set 1 or 2) do you recommend at this point? It seems like it is not clear at this point.I guess it wouldn't hurt to do SET 1 and just add the nonlawyer disclosure form as well as the designation of current mailing and email address? I cant imagine why it would hurt to add the extra forms even if they are not required. That seems a lot better than NOT filing the package with a required form, right?

No I've tried they say they are not allowed to say anything about those kinds of things. It seems like it's more of a trial and error kind of deal.
