Establish fathers rights to child. Single. No signed birth
no Child is 3 yrs old I have established relationship with her. Mother and I never married we split up when she was almost one. I paid her directly until she and others mentioned I'm not biological father. She refused visits unless she got money so she had childsupport enforcement court order payments I was told I would be served with complaint and I could request dna test but only ever received court order judgement. I worked out of state during this time so my mom handled the order to my job for direct payment but when asking about why no test was told due to acknowledgment we signed at hospital for birth certificate but was told paternity testing was a must to collect child support if unmarried. Once she turned old enough to have overnight with me I started getting her every other weekend like I do with my oldest out of no where her mother will randomly blow up saying I'm just a paycheck not her real dad etc I know I'm in a position now to care for daughter not just with money but with a stable home and have tired to keep coparenting relationship with her mother last few switch offs have been a little unsettling she didn't have shoes bought her 3 pairs new boots in a row and somehow I've got her for week or more no boots her mom having issues with possible mold or something airborne in house she so I have her until further notice but I want my legal rights on paper so she can't just skip town with child or keep her from me cause she can… read more
