Hello I have a question.. I have joint legal coustdy of my 4yr old son. About a year ago I got into trouble with the law in San Diego I went to court did all that but I became homeless due to my own mother attacking me so I left to keep my son safe. And I never went back to finish the courts well now theres a warrant out for my arrest I need to turn my self in but I have my 4yr old son and I know I will be doing some time. Theres no one in my life that I trust with my son other then my ex boyfriend who's been there for him since before he was born. Is there anyway I can give him my rights while I go turn my self in and do what ever time I need to do. My sons father isnt a great guy his been recently arrested for battery and also got the dcfs involved because my son was present when the battery happened. He isnt responsible. And of course due to my mothers abuse towards me I definitely dnt want her to get care for my child. How can I do this and keep my son safe? I live in los angeles California.… read more
