My husband and I are grandparents to a 14 year old grandson
My husband and I are grandparents to a 14 year old grandson and 11 year old granddaughter. Our son and daughter-in-law devorced nearly five years ago, and our son remarried. We we cut out of our grandchildren's lives, by our son, nearly two years ago for, allegedly, not treating his stepchildren eqal to his biological children. He told their mother that he will be picking our granddaughter up from school every day and that she is not to have contact with us again. Do we have any rights, as grandparents, to remedy this. We, and our grandchildren, are extremely upset over this, as well as their mother. … read more
