My X-husband died and...

My X-husband died and a month later his wife died. Her only child has moved into the home, removed all of the paperwork from the house leaving my 5 children with nothing. Most of my family (myself and 4 children) are residing in FL. He has a substantial pension fund and tangible assets. What to do?

Lawyer's Assistant: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

Utah

Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?

Not by us.

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

The only daughter of the wife, took her boyfriend and slept in the mothers bed the same night she died in it and she is alcoholic and has drug problems. My daughter who lives in SLC tried to reach the mother, could not and went over in the morning to check up on her and found the daughter in bed with the boyfriend.
