So, although I do not ordinarily recommend that you submit documents without your attorney. Basically, you can cite that pursuant to 12 Okla. Stat. Ann section 684, you are requesting a motion to dismiss your complaint. You will need to cite the facts of the case, advise the court of the legal authority for them to dismiss, and then submit that along with any other potential court forms that you need to the clerk of the court, serve those documents on the other parties, and wait for a hearing. You should also contact your attorney to advise them of what you did so they are well aware of what's going on and can provide you the necessary advise. I have attached some 28 line pleading paper to assist. Did you have any other questions for me?

Is somebody there today to answer questions. I am in
Yes this involves the dissolution of a marriage that is over. My X is trying to get more money. I offered to give her a lot of money in the initial divorce meaning that I promised to give her our full tax refund on top of other monies. I told her that my taxes had been completed and that the refund would be at least $16,500 and that was in the decree. She however did not have taxes withheld from her check which Shrunk the tax return down to $10,000. She is suing me for the rest because she worked a full year and only paid $300 in tax withholding. She is now filed papers with the court after we just went back to court. Because I had not received something and there had been a mix-up with paperwork from the court he gave us extra time in court so I could go downstairs and refile the paperwork but then he gave her 2 weeks to file any additional thing that she wanted because of that. At the last minute meaning at the deadline she filed the paperwork and sent a copy to me. What I am wondering is do I get to respond to it even though the deadline just passed given that I just received her papers today in the mail. She obviously sent mine by mail and dropped hers off in person. The deadline was on the 26th … read more
