Are you named on the title to the home?

Thank you for the additional information.

Leaving a home titled to you does not change anything. It is still your home and you retain your rights of ownership whether you live there or not. It is yours, in whole or part, in accordance with whatever the deed states is your ownership interest.

Likewise, you can take any furniture owned or jointly owned. It is yours to do with as you please.

You can not take any separate property individually owned by your spouse.

You are very welcome.

If you have no further questions, and have not yet done so, please remember to leave a favorable rating (click 5 stars in the rating section on this page). It is the only way that I am credited by JustAnswer for answering your question.

There is no additional charge to you for rating me favorably.

A bonus is not expected, but is always appreciated.

Thank you!

Here is what the order says. The parties agree that they
The parties agree that they shall have joint legal and physical custody of the minor child. The parenting time will be divided as equally as possible based upon the work schedules of parties wherein the child will be the mother when the father is working and will be the father when the mother is working. IF both parties have to work the same hours they will place the child in day care and share that expense. The child currently attends preschool and day care and will continue to attend preschool regardless of whether the child is in the care of the lmother o father during the hours's preschool and day care are available. Fabian is allowed to remove the dhild from the STATE of Wyoming only for purposes of recreation and visitin family. Neither party can move the child to another state without the written consent of the other. My question is since it say in sentence 1 that parties agree they shall have joint legal and physical custody of minor child... Does this mean her father can take her whenever he wants without my permission? And in 2nd to last sentence about him taking her out of state How long is he allowed to take her for recreational visits and how long for family visits? It is not stipulated. … read more
