Lawyer's Assistant: Family law varies by state. What state are you in?

Florida

Lawyer's Assistant: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?

Not a lawyer but children services that have only told me i had to be within the state and to get a dna test to prove paternity first due to myself not being on the birth certificate

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

Myself and the mother were never married
