Hi and welcome to JA. Ray here to help you today. Please bear with me a few moments while I review your question and respond.

It would be a good idea here. You file original and take copies and have them filed stamped to show they were actually filed. You keep one copy for your files and send them the other one. This makes it all legal and reflects you filed the original and had the copies stamped. That should do it.

I appreciate the chance to help you today.Thanks.

If you can positive rate 5 stars it is much appreciated.
