I'm getting ready to file for divorce. I'm a disabled veteran and draw social. I have a old day which I'm the payee. She works second shift and has a boyfriend. She
Works second shift for many and I have been responsible for her for years. My question is that if agree to make her the payee just to end the divorce can I go back and try get me back as her payee since she lives with me.?*&
