Well I have an attorney but I don't really have the funds to keep him interested and I feel like I am settling for less than I should. He has 80k in his retirement fund that was accumulated during the marriage of 8 and half years. When he left he took all furnishing, a car that has no payments ( I am left with a car that has a 330.00 payment a month, I was sick and not working but he gave me nothing. My debt is 51k and his is 18k how does this work? My lawyer is confusing Thank you
