I am so sorry to read that things did not go as expected. You can file Motion with the Court to challenge the evaluator's recommendations without an Attorney. It is prudent that you do so to have your objections on the record even if the Court does not rule in your favor. You need to bring your concerns to the Court. The evaluator is not the decision maker. The Judge is. So, any concerns should be brought to the Court's attention.
Yes, you should also report your ex to CPS.
