Hello. My name is Alex.
Thank you for your question.
I will be happy to provide you with information you are seeking for educational purposes only.

Is the father listed on the child's birth certificate or had been established by the court to be the legal father?

Was any type of child support any ordered by the court?

Did the biological father have a Will and did he leave any assets behind?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
We never ask through court it was something my wife and he agreed to 100 dollars a month, but he has not paid since November 2013
Not knowing about a will all his assets were in his apartment I think

Thank you for your follow up.

Do you know if the biological father has left any money / assets that would be worth going after and spending thousands of dollars or more in legal fees, court costs, etc...?
