I have a brother with his wife, a son (16 yrs old), and daughter
(19 yrs old) whom I want to evict after the family stays for 6
months. Th are staying for free rent and other facilities. The
family only buys their own groceries. Can you tell me what to
do legally? I have not talk to a lawyer yet in San Jose, ca.
