If the information that a judge made his decision to deny motion reconsideration was inaccurate does that entitle me to a new motion for reconsideration

Customer: Only the attorney who filed the motion it was denied on the grounds that the paperwork that was provided for fraudulent yet I have proof that the paperwork was not fraudulent
