Can a public school bus be used to transport children to a private daycare, if so , can a child not enrolled in that daycare ride the bus and be picked up by the parent at the same stop as the daycare?

There is no law in WA stating that public school buses cannot stop at a private daycare facility as one of their stops and there is no law saying that a child not enrolled at the daycare cannot be dropped off at the same stop if the bus is stopping there. So if you are being told otherwise, it is not the law, it would have to be some bus policy, not a statute in the RCW.
