Service of process in the Philippines may be done by mail, by agent, such as a local attorney, or through letters rogatory, which are orders from your local court to the Philippines Court asking them to serve the party. Typically for a divorce, the papers are served by you mailing them to the other party AND having an attorney in the Philippines serve them personally.
