I've been married for 9 years. I have been living in a home

Customer Question

Hi. I've been married for 9 years. I have been living in a home owned by my spouse but since I am the sole working party I have been paying all the bills.
My wife has threatened to throw me out many times but has recently forced me to leave with very little of my possessions or clothes.
She also cancelled all my credit cards and transferred my paycheck into another account with her family. I was litterly thrown out with no money.
What are my rights?
Thank yiu

Good morning. I am sorry to hear about what you are going through. Was the home bought during the marriage or did she own it prior to the marriage? Also, do you have access to the bank account or any other accounts?
