This is Samuel. Furnishings can be defined as however the parties want it defined. For instance, a settlement agreement could say Furnishings to include and then list what they are specifically.

Legally defined Furnishings are personal property and include, among others, such items as furniture, appliances, rugs, cooking utensils, and art objects.
