Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist.

Is this a criminal or civil protective order?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Civil
Expert:  Roger replied 1 year ago.

Ok. Thanks.

Generally, only the parties to the action have standing to report a violation --- but the third party could testify in court to validate/verify the a party's violation of the protective order.

Also, if the person who has the protective order doesn't care enough to report a violation to the court, the judge isn't likely to do anything about it.
